Oncology care coordination

General information on second opinions, treatment pathways and diagnostics — with every clinical decision made by licensed oncologists at independent partner clinics.

Important

This is general information, not medical advice. Cancer care decisions must be made with your treating oncologist. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

ELAVIA Global coordinates care; it does not provide medical treatment. All cancer care is delivered by independent partner clinics and their licensed oncologists.

A second opinion is an additional view, not a replacement for your current care. Please do not stop, delay or change any treatment without speaking to your treating team.

Oncology pathways we can coordinate

Each page explains, in general terms, what a pathway involves and how a review with a partner oncologist is arranged. Whether any test or treatment is appropriate is decided by the treating oncologist after examination, imaging and pathology.

How coordination works

Your records first, then the oncologist’s view

A coordinator gathers your records and arranges a review with an oncologist at a partner clinic. Any plan comes from that oncologist — never from ELAVIA Global.

  1. Consultation

You tell a coordinator what you would like reviewed.

  2. Records and scans

With your consent, reports, imaging and pathology are shared securely.

  3. Oncologist’s plan

The treating oncologist reviews your case and explains their view.

  4. Care at a partner clinic

Only if you and your doctors decide to proceed.

  5. Follow-up

Written reports to share with your oncologist at home.

Cost depends on the diagnosis and treatment plan and is confirmed in a written quote after consultation.

Next step

Talk to a coordinator

Share your records and questions. A coordinator replies within 24 hours to explain how a review with a partner oncologist can be arranged. There is no obligation to proceed, and your current care continues as planned.
